Codes used for publication "Effect of time and temperature on SARS-COV-2 in municipal wastewater conveyance systems"
Warning: these files are only meant to be used on a Mac in the context of the COVID-19 wastewater surveillance program data analysis in the McLellan lab. Shared OneDrive used to access files in all codes is synchronized on my local machine in the directory `~/OneDrive - UWM/'. It must not be the case for your computer, will thus have to change slightly the path to access the files.
