Add the time of the notification

For instance when a notification appears set the hours like:

• 12:52
• 12h52 25s
• 15 seconds ago (when you hover this; it's display the original hour like 12:25:20)

What do you thinks about that ?

time is relative.. timezones? daylight savings? do you go off the client or the server? etc... same with elapsed.. which one do you use as the base

I think the time of the client is the best choice. We can user pnotify without interaction with a server.
