Before this "/newtask" API call, the JavaScript at "template" needed to pull all the App tasks and choose itself one to show to the collaborator. This is not need anymore.

I'm already making some tests (with little changes that should do), but the "newtask" API call appears to have some problems... I'll fix it and close this when it's tested.
