The current io.scif.gui package could be separated out to its own component.

We should do it, if only to avoid AWT dependencies in the core SCIFIO framework. Also, this may go hand in hand with isolating the "core SCIFIO formats" from the SCIFIO core itself (should we decide to go that route).
