Multiple computers should be supported.

The computer should be choosen from a list defined in config.php.

I agree that this would be useful functionality to add. I will roll this into an update sometime in the next week or so.

While it would be more convenient to have multiple computer support built right in, you might try making folders for each computer you want to wake. Put a complete set of the files in each folder and configure individually. You would select the computer buy going to my.dyndns.address/computer1 for example.
