Description

Given the niceties of pipx for command line utilities, it might be worth considering changing the docs to recommend installing pyhf through pipx given that recently the CLI capabilities have gotten quite good.

doesn't this create an asymmetry? pipx seems to be targeted for CLIs while pyhf should be usable both as a CLI and a library, no?
