License for rendered docs repo

The rendered docs repo could use a license.txt/COPYING to make the licensing more explicit.

My particular use case:
I'm looking to upload some of the rendered graphs to Wikimedia Commons for use in Wikipedia articles on ML and need to reference license. While I could reference the license from the website footer or backtrack to the graphs' source, I happened to start at the docs repo.

Happy to add a license there. I would go for CC-0 but I'm not sure what others think? CC-BY?
The repo contains company logos which have different copyrights, though. Not sure how that is best handled?
