It would be useful to list tests that are skipped or xpass (i.e. marked as a failure but actually pass) in all CI jobs.
I think someone mentionned @jeremiedbb you had done it in another project?

Yes I did that for threadpoolctl (only for skipped but shouldn't be too hard to adapt for xpass). I'll adapt it for scikit-learn.

@jeremiedbb now that we have the bot, it'd be also pretty cool if we would have the list of failed tests in the bot's message.
