We'd need to use a different PR labeller to the current one, such as https://github.com/marketplace/actions/condition-based-pull-request-labeler when it supports file-based labelling, hopefully in version 0.3 (it has a PR open).

I made a fork of the original labeler for it to work nicer with a cron job, because pull requests do not have enough permissions to label.

And also another adjustment to place a upper limit on how many labels can be placed on a PR.

Depending on what feature we want, I can most likely add it into our labeler. The regex based on title is not too difficult. Do you think the PR size feature is interesting?

That PR size link is broken.

The srvaroa labeller has been released with file matching.
