Add a scalogram class, change examples to use it instead of the original function.
For plotting TFR, spectrum and the signal
Tried diving deep into the MATLAB toolbox's plotting mechanism and ended up breaking much of the existing code. I'm not fixing the scalogram plots for now. No crying need for that. Will come back to it later.

Especially scalograms. Also note that I made two commits which didn't turn out to be worthwhile, so reverted them.
