https://scipopt.org/index.php#license appears to be updated to refer to the upcoming switch to the Apache license, but https://scipopt.org/doc/html/FAQ.php#licensefaq does not.

Thanks for noting this. All is in order, the FAQ will be updated with the upcoming release, since for the time being and release 802 the new license does not apply yet.
