Django 4.2 LTS is out #201

This means that we should prepare a new branch of this example for the latest LTS version. The main motivation for it might be that Django finally implemented usedforsecurity keyword for their calls to md5 so the latest version should work fine on systems with FIPS enabled. Required Python is 3.8+.

Thanks to @BeataSolitudo we now have a new branch for Django 4.2.x and more general info in README which won't require to change all the branches with every new Django release.
