Add config option for flow direction

Allow the user to choose if the R/L WPAD move the flow to the R or L...
have slider match the choice. I've made the change already locally, if you
add me to the project, I can help out.

As for the repository, 2 rules: 
1) Keep the repository clean (Don't check in code that doesn't compile and 
doesn't 
boot backups)
2) Keep track of what you're working on in the Issues section so we don't step 
on 
toes
