[Bug]: Whatsapp download doesn't work: 404

Expected/Current Behaviour

It's not downloading, and returning an error.

Steps to Reproduce

This is the error message I get if I have aria-2 installed and enabled.
When I disable it run the scoop install whatsapp I get the same error as @zoeleu
