This PR will (hopefully) close #8, by add versioning based on git tags using git-version. It will also enable automatic uploading to anaconda whenever we merge anything to master. To bump a version, we just
git taga specific commit. On appveyor, if the commit is tagged, it will upload to the "main" anaconda distribution label, otherwise it will go to "dev".probably will need to trigger a few of these to get it working before this merges
