No actions when I try to click or hover over on those fixed 402 followers and 40 following. Where as it should have revealed all those followers and following when clicked.

When a user clicks on user ( himself + others ) followers a modal opens up, showing all his/her followers with username and profile photo. Same for following option.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Something like instagram would be my priority. But as an alternative can do github - like a whole new page and listing up the followers and followings.
