To avoid LED light leakage around the LCD, it might make sense to increase the PCB's diameter. Might also be helpful to add silkscreen alignment marks on the top side to help with centering the LCD.

Need to make sure it's still narrow enough for the knob/rotor to slide past it during assembly.

Decided to add a light baffle to the MountBase instead, in v179. The light baffle is right above the LEDs so should be more effective at blocking light (any remaining light leakage will have a higher incident angle with ID wall of the knob compared to using the screen PCB as a baffle). It will require supports for FDM printing, but this shouldn't be a big deal since this is non-cosmetic and tolerances are not an issue on the underside of the light baffle (plenty of space between the baffle and LED for vestigial support blemishes)

Keeping screen pcb diameter <= lcd diameter is preferable to avoid having exposed VHB when viewed from the top (or else you'd need to trim the VHB inset from the PCB edge...)
