Create jacoco.xml in addition to cobertura reports #198

I use a tool that tracks code coverage based on jacoco.xml files. It'd be nice if scoverage could also output jacoco.xml so that these tools could integrate with my Scala projects.

Cobertura does not appear to be actively maintained and Jacoco is more popular than Cobertura nowadays, so it makes sense to target as a report format

Here's a script that converts from Jacoco to Cobertura which may help with insight into the file formats
