Description

This issue is to create a screen in the new Scribe menu that's being developed in #16 that would display the privacy policy to the user upon navigating there from the about tab. Designs for this screen can be found in the designs on Figma. The screen can generally be the same as the current privacy policy with an icon that indicates data privacy in the top right.
