<lb ed="#Ba" n="21"/>movens motum est movens secundum :
<lb ed="#Ba" n="22"/>ergo corpus movens motum est movens
<lb ed="#Ba" n="23"/>secundum, et non primum. Prosatio
<lb ed="#Ba" n="24"/>prima est, quod omne corpus movens
<lb ed="#Ba" n="25"/>componitur ex motore et mobili, ut

<lb ed="#Ba" n="27"/>Philosophi : cum igitur Deus sit prima

<lb ed="#Ba" n="32"/>non sit mutabilis spiritus, et hoc proba-~

<lb ed="#Ba" n="35"/>movens non mutatur per se, nec per

<lb ed="#Ba" n="41"/>mutetursper accidens, scilicet motu
alte<lb break="no" ed="#Ba" n="42"/>rius, sicut anima motu corporis,
sequi<lb break="no" ed="#Ba" n="43"/>quitur quod primum sit receptibile
aeci<lb break="no" ed="#Ba" n="44"/>dentalis mutationis, et sic non erit in
<lb ed="#Ba" n="45"/>ratione primi, quia primum est omnino
<lb ed="#Ba" n="46"/>eodem modo semper se habens. Ex ista
<lb ed="#Ba" n="47"/>ratione de necessitate concluditur
ulte<lb break="no" ed="#Ba" n="48"/>rius, quod Deus non est virtus aliqua in
<lb ed="#Ba" n="49"/>corpore, ut anima, vel intellectus cceli,
<lb ed="#Ba" n="50"/>sicut quidam Philosophi dixerunt : quia
<lb ed="#Ba" n="51"/>si ita esset, mutaretur per accidens ipsius
<lb ed="#Ba" n="52"/>quod esse non potest.
