<lb ed="#Bb" n="13"/>1. Quidquid est in Deo, Deus est : sed
<lb ed="#Bb" n="14"/>proprietas est in Deo : ergo Deus est :

simplicissi<lb break="no" ed="#Bb" n="20"/>mo : ergo oportet, quod sit divina

<lb ed="#Bb" n="23"/>accidens in divinis mutatur in

habi<lb break="no" ed="#Bb" n="25"/>tum est : quia licet relatio in eo quod
re<lb break="no" ed="#Bb" n="26"/>latio, modum praedicandi proprium
reti<lb break="no" ed="#Bb" n="27"/>neat, tamen relatio ut accidens non
ma<lb break="no" ed="#Bb" n="28"/>net in divinis: cum igitur in
compara<lb break="no" ed="#Bb" n="29"/>tione ad essentiam et personam
proprie<lb break="no" ed="#Bb" n="30"/>tas non habeat comparationem nisi
acci<lb break="no" ed="#Bb" n="31"/>dentis, ex illa parte accipit
praedicatio<lb break="no" ed="#Bb" n="32"/>nem substantia, et ita proprietas erit

<lb ed="#Bb" n="35"/>nec Deus esset proprietas per simplicem
<lb ed="#Bb" n="36"/>conversam : ergo esset melius, vel pejus
<lb ed="#Bb" n="37"/>eo : sed melius non, quia nihil est melius
<lb ed="#Bb" n="38"/>Deo : nec pejus, quia nihil pejus Deo

<lb ed="#Bb" n="48"/>1. Distinguere et non distinguere sunt
<lb ed="#Bb" n="49"/>contradictorie opposita : ergo non
con<lb break="no" ed="#Bb" n="50"/>veniunt ei quod penitus est idem
secun<lb break="no" ed="#Bb" n="51"/>dum rem.: sed unum convenit notioni,
<lb ed="#Bb" n="52"/>alterum essentia : ergo essentia et notio
<lb ed="#Bb" n="53"/>non sunt penitus idem secundum rem.

<lb ed="#Bb" n="55"/>autin eo quod est essentia, aut per aliud.
<lb ed="#Bb" n="56"/>Si in eo quod est essentia : ergo
quid<lb break="no" ed="#Bb" n="57"/>quid convenit proprietati, convenit et
<lb ed="#Bb" n="58"/>essentie#, quod falsum est. Si per aliud
<lb ed="#Bb" n="59"/>detur illud : Si dicas, quod in eo quod
<lb ed="#Bb" n="60"/>est persona. Contra : In sequenti
distin<lb break="no" ed="#Bb" n="61"/>ctione probabitur, quod persona non est
<lb ed="#Bb" n="62"/>aliud ab essentia.

<lb ed="#Bb" n="64"/>persona immediatior essentiae quam

intel<lb break="no" ed="#Bb" n="66"/>lectum esset ante proprietatem, quod

<lb ed="#Bb" n="69"/>proprietas est natura divina et essentia,
<lb ed="#Bb" n="70"/>sicut probant rationes primo inducte.

<lb ed="#Bb" n="72"/>contrarium, dicendum quod distinguere

<lb ed="#Bb" n="75"/>exigant rem diversam, sed sufficit ei
di<lb break="no" ed="#Bb" n="76"/>versus modus significandi : et ille modus
<lb ed="#Bb" n="77"/>realiter significatur, ut cum dicitur,
pro<lb break="no" ed="#Bb" n="78"/>prietas distinguit, essentia non
distingui<lb break="no" ed="#Bb" n="79"/>tur in divinis, ut seepe supra dictum est.

<lb ed="#Bb" n="81"/>proprietas, non in quantum essentia, sed
<lb ed="#Bb" n="82"/>in quantum est simplicissima : et bene
<lb ed="#Bb" n="83"/>tamen concedo, quod non est ponere
<lb ed="#Bb" n="84"/>mediatum et immediatum in divinis, nisi
<lb ed="#Bb" n="85"/>secundum modum intelligendi : et tunc
<lb ed="#Bb" n="86"/>secundum illum modum licet propinquior

<lb ed="#Bb" n="2"/>non tamen ex hoc contingit, quod

<lb ed="#Bb" n="4"/>sed potius ex hoc quod est simplicissima,
<lb ed="#Bb" n="5"/>ut dicit in Liflera.

<lb ed="#Bb" n="7"/>convenit gratia alterius, quod convenit
<lb ed="#Bb" n="8"/>per accidens, dicendum quod non

<lb ed="#Bb" n="10"/>per aliud, sed potius per idem alio modo
