tempo<lb break="no" ed="#Bb" n="5"/>rale : ergo illud erit creatum a
pre<lb break="no" ed="#Bb" n="6"/>destinatione et preparatum : et quero

<lb ed="#Bb" n="17"/>predestinationi : ulud autem ab aeterno
<lb ed="#Bb" n="18"/>additur, quia illius praedestinatio est

<lb ed="#Bb" n="22"/>temporale esset ab aeterno, quod non
pot<lb break="no" ed="#Bb" n="23"/>est esse : ergo illud additum non est
tem<lb break="no" ed="#Bb" n="24"/>porale. Si autem est aeternum :sed
eter<lb break="no" ed="#Bb" n="25"/>num additum aeterno, non facit nisi
eter<lb break="no" ed="#Bb" n="26"/>num : ergo ab aeterno pradestinatio est
<lb ed="#Bb" n="27"/>causa gratie# necessaria : ergo appositio
<lb ed="#Bb" n="28"/>gratia est ab aeterno, quod falsum est.

contin<lb break="no" ed="#Bb" n="30"/>gens, sive sit propria, sive communis,
<lb ed="#Bb" n="31"/>sequentur duo inconvenientia, scilicet
<lb ed="#Bb" n="32"/>quod aliquid contingens sit in Deo, et
<lb ed="#Bb" n="33"/>quod nulla necessitate nec consequentie
<lb ed="#Bb" n="34"/>nec consequentis causabitur gratia a
pre<lb break="no" ed="#Bb" n="35"/>destinatione ; et hoc falsum est.

<lb ed="#Bb" n="36"/>2. Item, Si causa est, non erit causa
<lb ed="#Bb" n="37"/>nisi voluntaria : voluntas autem omnis
<lb ed="#Bb" n="38"/>ad opposita se habet : ergo videtur, quod
<lb ed="#Bb" n="39"/>non magis sit causa appositionis gratia,
<lb ed="#Bb" n="40"/>quam non appositionis.

<lb ed="#Bb" n="42"/>materialis, aut formalis, aut efficiens,
<lb ed="#Bb" n="43"/>aut finalis. Constat, quod non materialis :
<lb ed="#Bb" n="44"/>quia materia in Deo non est. Si autem
<lb ed="#Bb" n="45"/>dicatur efficiens. Contra : Predestinatio
<lb ed="#Bb" n="46"/>non est sine praescientia : praescientia
au<lb break="no" ed="#Bb" n="47"/>tem est secundum ideales formas: ergo re-

neces<lb break="no" ed="#Bb" n="53"/>saria et propria: sed haec duplex est,
<lb ed="#Bb" n="54"/>scilicet quae exigit aliquid in altero ut
<lb ed="#Bb" n="55"/>dispositionem : et quae nihil exigit, eo
<lb ed="#Bb" n="56"/>quod dispositiones supponantur in
ma<lb break="no" ed="#Bb" n="57"/>teria, sicut ignis propma gt mecessana
<lb ed="#Bb" n="58"/>causa est ignitionis : non tamen sequitur
<lb ed="#Bb" n="59"/>ignitio in glacie, quia contraria
dis<lb break="no" ed="#Bb" n="60"/>positio est in materia . non tamen
dice<lb break="no" ed="#Bb" n="61"/>remus quod hoc ideo esset, quod ignis
<lb ed="#Bb" n="62"/>esset causa contingens vel non propria
<lb ed="#Bb" n="63"/>ignitionis : quia causa contingens est
<lb ed="#Bb" n="64"/>cui aliquid deest de necessariis ad
cau<lb break="no" ed="#Bb" n="65"/>salitatem : aut cui aliquid deest ad
pro<lb break="no" ed="#Bb" n="66"/>portionem ad effectum. Ita dic:
pot<lb break="no" ed="#Bb" n="67"/>est Deum esse causam necessariam vel
<lb ed="#Bb" n="68"/>predestinationem, non necessitate coa~
<lb ed="#Bb" n="69"/>ctionis, sed necessitate indelicientiae
quo<lb break="no" ed="#Bb" n="70"/>ad se, et hoc secundum habitum: quia
<lb ed="#Bb" n="71"/>secundum actum non semper est
causa<lb break="no" ed="#Bb" n="72"/>tum et dispositio necessaria in creatura
<lb ed="#Bb" n="73"/>rational: ad receptionem gratia, quae est
<lb ed="#Bb" n="74"/>effectus praedestinationis. Et per hoc

<lb ed="#Bb" n="77"/>voluntaria, sed determinata ad volitum :
<lb ed="#Bb" n="78"/>hoc enim non tollit hbertatem a
volun<lb break="no" ed="#Bb" n="79"/>tate. Unde voluntas indisposita est
oppo<lb break="no" ed="#Bb" n="80"/>sitorum, sed disposita per conceptionem
<lb ed="#Bb" n="81"/>et determinationem voliti, est ad unum,
<lb ed="#Bb" n="82"/>et potest averti ab illo. Sed non sic est
<lb ed="#Bb" n="83"/>in Deo : quia sua voluntas non mutator
<lb ed="#Bb" n="84"/>a volito m volitum contrarium, eo quod
<lb ed="#Bb" n="85"/>hoc est imperfectionis et defectus, sicut
