<lb ed="#Bb" n="30"/>igitur dicitur, Malum fieri est bonum,
<lb ed="#Bb" n="31"/>notatur bonum inherenter iesse ei quod
<lb ed="#Bb" n="32"/>est malum fieri : constat autem, quod
<lb ed="#Bb" n="33"/>non inest ut forma in subjecto, nec
es<lb break="no" ed="#Bb" n="34"/>sentialis, nee etiam accidentalis, nec ut

<lb ed="#Bb" n="38"/>illud ponitur inesse facienti: hoc nihil
<lb ed="#Bb" n="39"/>est: quia faciens malum eo ipso quod
<lb ed="#Bb" n="40"/>facit, malus efficitur: ergo bonum per
<lb ed="#Bb" n="41"/>malum fieri non ponitur in ipso. Si
au<lb break="no" ed="#Bb" n="42"/>tem dicatur, quod estin eo cui fit malum :
<lb ed="#Bb" n="43"/>hoc non est generale in omm malo,
sic<lb break="no" ed="#Bb" n="44"/>ut in fornicatione, ibi enim tam agens

<lb ed="#Bb" n="56"/>quod neutra conceditur, quod bonum sit
<lb ed="#Bb" n="57"/>malum, vel quod Deus velit malum.

<lb ed="#Bb" n="59"/>secundum hance opinionem bonitas
pre<lb break="no" ed="#Bb" n="60"/>dicatur de malum fieri, vel de malum
<lb ed="#Bb" n="61"/>esse, non secundum inherentiam, sed
<lb ed="#Bb" n="62"/>per occasionem: quia omnis alius in-

<lb ed="#Bb" n="1"/>tellectus hujus opinionis videtur mihi
<lb ed="#Bb" n="2"/>falsus, Et tune notandum, quod causa
<lb ed="#Bb" n="3"/>per se habet influentiam super causam
<lb ed="#Bb" n="4"/>vel causalitatem. causa autem per
acci<lb break="no" ed="#Bb" n="5"/>dens aliquo modo causat, licet non per
<lb ed="#Bb" n="6"/>se. sicut dicitur, Polycletus per accidens
<lb ed="#Bb" n="7"/>est causa statue, vel albus causa statue,
<lb ed="#Bb" n="8"/>si statuarius vocatur Polycletus et est
al<lb break="no" ed="#Bb" n="9"/>bus: sed occasio medium est inter
cau<lb break="no" ed="#Bb" n="10"/>sam per accidens, et casum et fortunam :
<lb ed="#Bb" n="11"/>casus enim non habet causalitatem, licet
<lb ed="#Bb" n="12"/>contingat finem: sicut equus egrediens
<lb ed="#Bb" n="13"/>de domo quae postea comburitur, casu
<lb ed="#Bb" n="14"/>salvatur, et non salvaretur nisi
egrede<lb break="no" ed="#Bb" n="15"/>retur. occasio autem est quod non
ha<lb break="no" ed="#Bb" n="16"/>bet causalitatem de se, sed per accidens
<lb ed="#Bb" n="17"/>efficitur causa aliqua, non per acecidens

<lb ed="#Bb" n="26"/>in eo ad quem ordinatur in occasione
<lb ed="#Bb" n="27"/>bom: et hoc secundum actum
quando<lb break="no" ed="#Bb" n="28"/>que: et quandoque secundum
poten<lb break="no" ed="#Bb" n="29"/>tiam, ut quando nullus est conscius mali :
<lb ed="#Bb" n="30"/>quandoque autem ponitur potentia in
<lb ed="#Bb" n="31"/>faciente ex ordine status praecedentis ad
<lb ed="#Bb" n="32"/>posteriorem, ut prius diximus. Unde cum
<lb ed="#Bb" n="33"/>dicitur, Bonum est malum fier1. sensus
<lb ed="#Bb" n="34"/>est, malum fieri aut est aut potest fleri
<lb ed="#Bb" n="35"/>occasio alicujus bom secundum ordinem
<lb ed="#Bb" n="36"/>adalteram qui lo malo im bonum utitur.

<lb ed="#Bb" n="38"/>non concederet hance, Bonum est malum
<lb ed="#Bb" n="39"/>facere : quia facere non dicit
compara<lb break="no" ed="#Bb" n="40"/>tionem nisi ad facientem: etin ulo non
<lb ed="#Bb" n="41"/>occasionatur bonum, sed potius malum.

<lb ed="#Bb" n="43"/>minus concederetur ab hac opinione,
<lb ed="#Bb" n="44"/>Bonum est malitiam fieri: quia malitia
<lb ed="#Bb" n="45"/>non nisi privationem dicit : et hac de se
<lb ed="#Bb" n="46"/>non est ordinabilis, sed gratia subjecti
<lb ed="#Bb" n="47"/>passive et non active ordimatur.
