<lb ed="#Bc" n="21"/>ponitur, quod non habuerit preceptum
<lb ed="#Bc" n="22"/>comedendi : tune non peccasset si non
<lb ed="#Bc" n="23"/>comedisset, et tamen habuisset corpus
<lb ed="#Bc" n="24"/>animale egens alimonia ciborum : ergo
<lb ed="#Bc" n="25"/>si non comedisset, dissolutum fuisset :
<lb ed="#Bc" n="26"/>ergo fuisset mortuus sine peccato.

<lb ed="#Bc" n="44"/>Omni ei quod vivit naturaliter, nihil
<lb ed="#Bc" n="45"/>adeo contrarium est et poenale sicut
<lb ed="#Bc" n="46"/>mors: sed Adam naturalissime vixit:
<lb ed="#Bc" n="47"/>ergo penalissime fuisset mortuus: ergo
<lb ed="#Bc" n="48"/>materiae poena fuisset sine culpa.

<lb ed="#Bc" n="50"/>Adam illa positione facta, naturaliter
<lb ed="#Bc" n="51"/>dissolutus fuisset sine pena. Sed hee
<lb ed="#Bc" n="52"/>solutio non videtur esse vera: quia mors
<lb ed="#Bc" n="53"/>ad minus defectus est: et non est
pu<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="54"/>tandum hominem etiam defectui
subja<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="55"/>cere si non peccasset.

<lb ed="#Bc" n="63"/>est prohibitio extrinsecus ledentium,
<lb ed="#Bc" n="64"/>consérvatio autem a morte naturali est

<lb ed="#Bc" n="6"/>peccabit non comedendo. Si autem dicat,
<lb ed="#Bc" n="7"/>quod ponat per impossibile, quod sit
<lb ed="#Bc" n="8"/>animalis et non indigeat cibis: tunc

<lb ed="#Bc" n="10"/>quod sit immortalis et cibis non egens:

<lb ed="#Bc" n="15"/>rationis dominio totum corpus habuit:
<lb ed="#Bc" n="16"/>et ideo prescivit horam comedendi sine
<lb ed="#Bc" n="17"/>fame: et cum tenebatur comedere, si
<lb ed="#Bc" n="18"/>peccavit non comedendo, non erat
