<lb ed="#Bc" n="19"/>mulieris et viri respectu. similitudinis
<lb ed="#Bc" n="20"/>Dei in scientia boni et mali secundum
<lb ed="#Bc" n="21"/>Magistrum differunt, sicut peccatum
ope<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="22"/>ris et solius concupiscentie, in quantum
<lb ed="#Bc" n="23"/>tamen est consensus rationis: quia mu--

<lb ed="#Bc" n="28"/>propter hoc comedit, sed comedit ut

<lb ed="#Bc" n="32"/>argumentum non procedit. Credidit non
<lb ed="#Bc" n="33"/>posse fieri: ergo non appetiit. Multi
<lb ed="#Bc" n="34"/>enim concupiscunt bona regis, et injuste
<lb ed="#Bc" n="35"/>habere vellent, et consentiendo
concu<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="36"/>piscunt : et tamen sciuntse non posse
<lb ed="#Bc" n="37"/>habere, quia plus concupiscit voluntas,
<lb ed="#Bc" n="38"/>quam possit acquirere.

<lb ed="#Bc" n="40"/>quod erat dignum morte: sed scivit

<lb ed="#Bc" n="48"/>multipliciter peccatum dicitur veniale:
<lb ed="#Bc" n="49"/>scilicet ex genere, ut otiosum: vel ex
<lb ed="#Bc" n="50"/>eventu. sequente, ut peccatum mortale
<lb ed="#Bc" n="51"/>deletum per contritionem : vel ex
qua<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="52"/>dam causa venie quae est ex parte
pec<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="53"/>cantis et ejus in quem peccatur, sicut hic,
<lb ed="#Bc" n="54"/>quia occasio peccati fuit- dilectio uxoris,
<lb ed="#Bc" n="55"/>et presumptio misericordie Dei : et ideo
<lb ed="#Bc" n="56"/>patet, quod infidelis non fuit.
