<lb ed="#Bc" n="40"/>sunt potentia una, sicut ultimo proba-

habi<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="42"/>tus et officia : habitus enim superioris
<lb ed="#Bc" n="43"/>est regula divine justitie, quae attenditur

precep<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="45"/>to Dei, vel non licitum, vel expediens ad
<lb ed="#Bc" n="46"/>morum vel fidei edificationem, vel non

sin<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="48"/>ceram conscientiam vel non : quia tales

pul<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="51"/>chrum, sive honestum civibus vel non
<lb ed="#Bc" n="52"/>honestum, appropinquans medio virtutis

ra<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="54"/>tiones humane sunt, et ambe rationes,

respi<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="56"/>cientes ad eadem operabilia : et ideo
<lb ed="#Bc" n="57"/>dispartiuntur in officio regiminis et recti
<lb ed="#Bc" n="58"/>per habitus istos : sed idem habent opus
<lb ed="#Bc" n="59"/>et objectum, licet non eamdem rationem
<lb ed="#Bc" n="60"/>operis attendant : quia hoc contingit
<lb ed="#Bc" n="61"/>quod unum et idem opus habet diversas
<lb ed="#Bc" n="62"/>regulas, quarum una sub alia est, et
<lb ed="#Bc" n="63"/>imitans aliam : sicut etiam Jurisperiti
<lb ed="#Bc" n="64"/>dicunt, quod leges Imperatorum non
