<lb ed="#Bc" n="5"/>movens et rectum motum : ergo videtur,

<lb ed="#Bc" n="7"/>sualitate et inferiori portione, qui non
<lb ed="#Bc" n="8"/>procedat a superiori tamquam a primo

dis<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="24"/>putandi, quia alibi de hac sententia

<lb ed="#Bc" n="27"/>absolvitur a regimine rationis: sed hoc
<lb ed="#Bc" n="28"/>est in dissensu eum preveniente in
moti<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="29"/>bus, eo modo quo dicimus primos motus
<lb ed="#Bc" n="30"/>esse voluntarios, quia voluntate
contra<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="31"/>ria preveniri potest hic et ille, et ita
con<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="32"/>tineri sensualitas: sed non subditur
re<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="33"/>gimini, ita quod possit sibi imprimi
recti<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="34"/>tudo regule secundum rationem virtutis :
<lb ed="#Bc" n="35"/>nec hoc oportet, quia regulata non uno
<lb ed="#Bc" n="36"/>modo se habent ad normam regule.

<lb ed="#Bc" n="38"/>in natura universaliter, et est regulans
<lb ed="#Bc" n="39"/>particulariter: universaliter sicut motus
<lb ed="#Bc" n="40"/>primi mobilis, cujus diversitas respondet
<lb ed="#Bc" n="41"/>diversitati regulatorum : diversitas,
in<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="42"/>quam, proveniens ex diversitate
mobi<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="43"/>lium, et situ diverso stellarum, et huic in

agen<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="59"/>tes et patientes, propter quas etiam motu

ge<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="61"/>neratio et corruptio, corporibus in
con<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="62"/>trarium dispositis, ut dicit Ptolemeus :

<lb ed="#Bc" n="64"/>corruptionis in serpente abundans et in
<lb ed="#Bc" n="65"/>muliere, post hoc est viro minus, sed

<lb ed="#Bc" n="67"/>frequenter fiunt motus inordinati, et
