ori<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="7"/>ginale, veniale, et mortale, sicut probant

<lb ed="#Bc" n="10"/>est verum de dividentibus genus
com<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="11"/>mune: sed originale, veniale, et mortale,
<lb ed="#Bc" n="12"/>non dividunt peccatum, ut species genus
<lb ed="#Bc" n="13"/>dividit, sed sicut per prius et posterius
<lb ed="#Bc" n="14"/>participantia ipsum: sicut potentia et
<lb ed="#Bc" n="15"/>actus dividunt ens, potentiaenim nullam
<lb ed="#Bc" n="16"/>differentiam positivam addit enti, sed
<lb ed="#Bc" n="17"/>addit ei modum qu6 dividitur contra
<lb ed="#Bc" n="18"/>actum, contra quem non dividitur ens:
<lb ed="#Bc" n="19"/>sed actus dividit per differentiam
consti<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="20"/>tutivam, et ideo participat secundum
per<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="21"/>fectionem. Et ita etiam cum dividitur
<lb ed="#Bc" n="22"/>peccatum per veniale, et mortale, et
ori<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="23"/>ginale, veniale non aliquid addit super
<lb ed="#Bc" n="24"/>peccatum, quod sit de esse peccali, quia
<lb ed="#Bc" n="25"/>minimum in quo salvatur ratio peccati,
<lb ed="#Bc" n="26"/>veniale est : sed originale aliquid addit :
<lb ed="#Bc" n="27"/>sed id quod addit, non est de esse peccati,
<lb ed="#Bc" n="28"/>sed potius facit ad diminutionem peccati,
<lb ed="#Bc" n="29"/>addit enim tractum ex natura et ex
neces<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="30"/>sitate, et diminuit peccatum. Mortale
au<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="31"/>tem addit id quod perficit esse peccati, eo
<lb ed="#Bc" n="32"/>modo quo peccatum dici potest perfici:
<lb ed="#Bc" n="33"/>et ideo patet, quod licet ista tria dividant
<lb ed="#Bc" n="34"/>peccatum, non tamen suam essentiam

<lb ed="#Bc" n="40"/>non bonum gratia vel nature, sed potius
<lb ed="#Bc" n="41"/>bonum fervoris in actu devotionis vel
<lb ed="#Bc" n="42"/>operis boni, vel bonum radicationis in
<lb ed="#Bc" n="43"/>subjecto : et ita patet, quod non procedit
