<lb ed="#Bc" n="17"/>Glossa super illud Apostoli, I ad Timoth.
<lb ed="#Bc" n="18"/>1,5: Finis precepti est charitas : finis
<lb ed="#Bc" n="19"/>est triplex, scilicet determinationis, ut
<lb ed="#Bc" n="20"/>agri in ultima parte sui, cum toto
con<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="21"/>tinuato ad terminum illum finitur : et
<lb ed="#Bc" n="22"/>finis consumptionis, sicut panis finitur
<lb ed="#Bc" n="23"/>in ultima parte, in quantum non _ est
<lb ed="#Bc" n="24"/>plus de pane : et consummationis, sicut

<lb ed="#Bc" n="27"/>finis operum precepti consummans

refe<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="29"/>runtur. Qualiter autem charitas sit finis
<lb ed="#Bc" n="30"/>et forma et radix et mater, dictum est
<lb ed="#Bc" n="31"/>in I libro Sententiarum : hic autem
<lb ed="#Bc" n="32"/>tantum dicitur, quod ipsa est finis
in<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="33"/>ductus per speciem merili in opus a
<lb ed="#Bc" n="34"/>seipsa, ut est movens merentem in
ope<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="35"/>re : sicut in naturis secundum rationem
<lb ed="#Bc" n="36"/>idem est movens et finis: sed finis quo
<lb ed="#Bc" n="37"/>quis quiescit agens est beatiludo : in quo

<lb ed="#Bc" n="47"/>est finis secundum quid, scilicet per
<lb ed="#Bc" n="48"/>recessum a malo: sed charitas est sem.
<lb ed="#Bc" n="49"/>per finis proximus actui meritorio in
<lb ed="#Bc" n="50"/>quantum meritorius est: et etiam quia -
<lb ed="#Bc" n="51"/>alie virtutes habent pro fine objectum
<lb ed="#Bc" n="52"/>charitatis.

pro<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="54"/>hibet charitatem ut finem esse notam

intel<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="59"/>ligiter de fine quo quiescit appetitus,

<lb ed="#Bc" n="61"/>in ultimo intentio requiescit.

<lb ed="#Bc" n="63"/>gaudii in bono est, ad quod se _habet
