<lb ed="#Bc" n="49"/>actio dicitur multis modis. Uno modo
<lb ed="#Bc" n="50"/>dicitur actio indifferens, quae potest bene
<lb ed="#Bc" n="51"/>et male fieri et bene informari, cum sit
<lb ed="#Bc" n="52"/>actio deliberative voluntatis, et de se
<lb ed="#Bc" n="53"/>sive de sua specie non ordinatur magis
<lb ed="#Bc" n="54"/>ad unum quam ad alterum : et hoc
mo<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="55"/>do sumitur indifferens, ut infra patebit,
<lb ed="#Bc" n="56"/>quando queretur de indifferenti : et hoc
<lb ed="#Bc" n="57"/>modo proprie sumitur indifferens.
Se<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="58"/>cundo modo autem dicitur indifferens,
<lb ed="#Bc" n="59"/>quod per substantiam subjecti non
de<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="60"/>terminat bonum vel malum quo
infor<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="61"/>matur vel deformatur.
