<lb ed="#Bc" n="30"/>que fiunt pro mortuis bonis a vivis ma~

<lb ed="#Bc" n="32"/>esse meritoria diminutionis pene, et non
<lb ed="#Bc" n="33"/>meritoria. Si dicas, quod hoc non est
in<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="34"/>conveniens respectu diversorum. Hoc
ni<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="35"/>hil est : quia bonum et malum sunt
for<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="36"/>mae absolute inherentes, et non in
com<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="37"/>paratione ad alterum : ergo videtur,
<lb ed="#Bc" n="38"/>quod actio quae alicui est bona, in se sit
<lb ed="#Bc" n="39"/>bona: et quae alicui sit mala, in se est
<lb ed="#Bc" n="40"/>mala: ergo eadem numero actio est in

<lb ed="#Bc" n="44"/>aliquo actu continuo, quem aliquis primo
<lb ed="#Bc" n="45"/>facit propter Deum, et postea antequam
<lb ed="#Bc" n="46"/>finiat, convertit intentionem ad inanem
<lb ed="#Bc" n="47"/>gloriam : tunc enim actus est unus, quia
<lb ed="#Bc" n="48"/>agens unus, et tempus unum, et
termi<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="49"/>nus motus unus: et tamen est primo
bo<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="50"/>nus, et postea malus: ergo una numero
<lb ed="#Bc" n="51"/>actio potest esse bona et mala, quod
vi<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="52"/>detur esse impossibile, cum bonum et
<lb ed="#Bc" n="53"/>malum sunt opposita, vel ut contraria,
<lb ed="#Bc" n="54"/>vel ut privatio et habitus, ut supra
de<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="55"/>terminatum est.

<lb ed="#Bc" n="56"/>Solutio. Dicendum, quod meo judicio
<lb ed="#Bc" n="57"/>unus et idem actus sic positus ut idem
<lb ed="#Bc" n="58"/>sumatur in essentia, non potest esse
si<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="59"/>mul bonus et malus. .

dicen<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="61"/>dum, quod non est idem actio et passio :
<lb ed="#Bc" n="62"/>quia actio est in agente sicut accidens in -
<lb ed="#Bc" n="63"/>subjecto, licet sit ab ipso sicut a causa :
<lb ed="#Bc" n="64"/>et ideo licet passio placeat, non oportet
<lb ed="#Bc" n="65"/>quod actio placeat : quia non sunt idem
<lb ed="#Bc" n="66"/>essentialiter, licet simul sint, et unum
<lb ed="#Bc" n="67"/>efficiatur ab altero.

<lb ed="#Bc" n="69"/>actiones realiter, scilicet voluntas dandi
<lb ed="#Bc" n="70"/>in domino, et voluntas non dandi in
ser<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="71"/>vo: et ideo domini actio est simpliciter
<lb ed="#Bc" n="72"/>bona : sed actio servi habet duo, scilicet
<lb ed="#Bc" n="73"/>essentiam actionis secundum quod est in
<lb ed="#Bc" n="74"/>agente et ab ipso, et haec est absolute
<lb ed="#Bc" n="75"/>mala: et actum ipsum, et hoc per
au<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="76"/>ctoritatem domini, licet ministerium sit
<lb ed="#Bc" n="77"/>servi : et hoc est bonum secundum quod
<lb ed="#Bc" n="78"/>auctoritas est, et rectum est illud
