<lb ed="#Bc" n="24"/>malum in opere non causantur uno
mo<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="25"/>do: sed bonum, sicut Dionysius dicit, ex
<lb ed="#Bc" n="26"/>una tota causa est, id est, ad
constitu<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="27"/>tionem boni oportet convenire omnes
<lb ed="#Bc" n="28"/>circumstantias et finem et formam in
vo<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="29"/>luntate agente : et non constituitur nisi
<lb ed="#Bc" n="30"/>ab omnibus his simul per modum totius
<lb ed="#Bc" n="31"/>integralis, quod constituitur ab omnibus
<lb ed="#Bc" n="32"/>suis partibus simul acceptis. Malum
au<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="33"/>tem, ut dicit Dionysius, fit omnifariam,
<lb ed="#Bc" n="34"/>id est, ex quolibet particulari defectu :
<lb ed="#Bc" n="35"/>sicut et totum integrale destruitur
quali<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="36"/>bet parte. divisim destructa. Et ideo est,

<lb ed="#Bc" n="45"/>integritas intentionis : quia multe alice
<lb ed="#Bc" n="46"/>possunt esse corruptiones circa opus.

<lb ed="#Bc" n="53"/>furtum illud, sed potius translatio

<lb ed="#Bc" n="58"/>est ignorantia juris, quae neminem

<lb ed="#Bc" n="62"/>bono et in malo, ita est in malo et
pejo<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="63"/>ri : quia ad pejus sufficit corruptio
parti<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="64"/>cularis in actu vel intentione. Ad hoc
<lb ed="#Bc" n="65"/>autem quod malum fiat minus malum in
<lb ed="#Bc" n="66"/>genere, non ita sufficit. Dico autem in
<lb ed="#Bc" n="67"/>genere, ut de mortali in se fiat veniale :
<lb ed="#Bc" n="68"/>quia bonitas intentionis diminuit in
eo<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="69"/>dem genere, sed non mutando genus
