Quali<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="10"/>ter peccatum veniale sit peccatum ?

<lb ed="#Bc" n="23"/>1. In omni actuali peccato quod
pecca<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="24"/>tum est, necesse est esse ea quae
consti<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="25"/>tuunt peccatum : peccatum veniale est
<lb ed="#Bc" n="26"/>actuale peccatum : ergo necessario sunt
<lb ed="#Bc" n="27"/>in eo illa quae constituunt peccatum :
<lb ed="#Bc" n="28"/>hee autem sunt aversio et conversio :
<lb ed="#Bc" n="29"/>ergo in veniali est aversio et conversio.

<lb ed="#Bc" n="31"/>ab ordine quo exita principio primo, est
<lb ed="#Bc" n="32"/>ordinabile in idem principium prout

ordi<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="34"/>nabile in ipsum prout ipsum est finis :

<lb ed="#Bc" n="43"/>1. Aversio ab incommutabili bono non
<lb ed="#Bc" n="44"/>habet ipsum per gratiam imhabitantem :
<lb ed="#Bc" n="45"/>ergo si peccans venialiter avertitur ab
<lb ed="#Bc" n="46"/>incommutabili bono, non habet
incom<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="47"/>mutabile bonum per gratiam
inhabitan<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="48"/>tem : quod falsum est, quia tune nemo

<lb ed="#Bc" n="51"/>creaturam citra Deum ergo. magis
<lb ed="#Bc" n="52"/>Deum : ergo non avertilur, quia debilius
<lb ed="#Bc" n="53"/>non avertit fortius, sed e contra.

pecca<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="55"/>tum veniale dicitur malum ? Malaum
<lb ed="#Bc" n="56"/>enim dicitur a privatione boni gratuiti et
<lb ed="#Bc" n="57"/>corruptione naturalis : et peccatum
ve<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="58"/>niale nec privat gratia, nec corrumpit
<lb ed="#Bc" n="59"/>bonum naturale : ergo non debet dici
<lb ed="#Bc" n="60"/>matum.

<lb ed="#Bc" n="61"/>Solutio. Dicendum secundum
Docto<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="62"/>res, quod peccatum veniale
conversio<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="63"/>nem ad bonum commutabile non habet,
<lb ed="#Bc" n="64"/>nisi sicut ad viam morosam, non tamen
<lb ed="#Bc" n="65"/>sicut ad finem ;: et cum secundum
in<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="66"/>tentionem et voluntatem peccantis non
<lb ed="#Bc" n="67"/>intendatur nisi conversio in peccato, et
<lb ed="#Bc" n="68"/>consequatur aversio sine voluntate et
<lb ed="#Bc" n="69"/>sine intentione, non habebit veniale nisi
<lb ed="#Bc" n="70"/>dispositionem ad aversionem, et non
<lb ed="#Bc" n="71"/>aversionem a fine : et ideo non habet
<lb ed="#Bc" n="72"/>plenam rationem peccati, nec in
conver<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="73"/>sione, nec in aversione sicut mortale :
<lb ed="#Bc" n="74"/>et ideo non recte dividitur veniale pec-

<lb ed="#Bc" n="5"/>quia ista duo in una ratione non
consti<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="6"/>tuunt peccatum veniale et mortale, sed
<lb ed="#Bc" n="7"/>sunt in eis per prius et posterius, sicut
<lb ed="#Bc" n="8"/>peccatum predicatur de eis per prius et
<lb ed="#Bc" n="9"/>posterius.

<lb ed="#Bc" n="11"/>directe ab ordine exitus a primo, qui
<lb ed="#Bc" n="12"/>exitus continuabilis est in ipsum ut in
<lb ed="#Bc" n="13"/>finem, est peccatum mortale : quia hoc
<lb ed="#Bc" n="14"/>corrumpit ordinem etiam secundum
ha<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="15"/>bitum in averso : sed veniale proprie
<lb ed="#Bc" n="16"/>loquendo est praeter ordinem, et non
<lb ed="#Bc" n="17"/>contra : quia licet cum ipso non sit
<lb ed="#Bc" n="18"/>conversio ad bonum incommutabile
se<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="19"/>cundum actum, eo quod non potest
ali<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="20"/>quis simul et semel venialiter peccare et
<lb ed="#Bc" n="21"/>mereri secundum actum, non tamen
<lb ed="#Bc" n="22"/>contrariatur ordini secundum habitum :
<lb ed="#Bc" n="23"/>quia venialiter peccans convertitur
se<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="24"/>cundum habitum, licet non secundum
<lb ed="#Bc" n="25"/>actum.
