<lb ed="#Bc" n="45"/>videtur quod injustum judicium est,
<lb ed="#Bc" n="46"/>unum punire in infinitum, et aliud finite

<lb ed="#Bc" n="49"/>quia homo peccat in suo aeterno, et ideo

<lb ed="#Bc" n="52"/>mortem in peccato veniali, ille peccavit

<lb ed="#Bc" n="60"/>remittitur ei veniale post mortem, aut
<lb ed="#Bc" n="61"/>non. Si non:ergo punitur in aeternum,
<lb ed="#Bc" n="62"/>et tunc falsum est quod dicit in Littera,
<lb ed="#Bc" n="63"/>quod-puniatur temporaliter veniale

<lb ed="#Bc" n="71"/>ei. Contra : Ponamus, quod aliquis
di<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="72"/>scedat in originali et veniali, illi debetur
<lb ed="#Bc" n="73"/>sensibilis poena ex veniali: cum autem
<lb ed="#Bc" n="74"/>non sit susceptibilis gratie post mortem,
<lb ed="#Bc" n="75"/>constat quod numquam remittitur ei
ve<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="76"/>niale, quia nullum peccatum remittitur
<lb ed="#Bc" n="77"/>sine gratia : ergo in aeternum erit in
pec<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="78"/>cato veniali : ergo reatus pceense manet
<lb ed="#Bc" n="79"/>in aeternum : ergo et peena: et sic
pec<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="80"/>catum veniale non conjunctum mortali,
<lb ed="#Bc" n="81"/>punitur aeternaliter : ergo falsum est

<lb ed="#Bc" n="86"/>mortale punitur aeternaliter, tamen una

nul<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="5"/>lam habet potentiam exeundi, el etiam

con<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="21"/>versio mortalis et venialis dupliciter

dile<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="23"/>ctionis quantitatem quae est in utraque :
<lb ed="#Bc" n="24"/>et sic finite suntambe, et neutri debetur
<lb ed="#Bc" n="25"/>peenee aeternitas, sed acerbitas : et iste
<lb ed="#Bc" n="26"/>pene quoad hoc proportionabiles sunt,
<lb ed="#Bc" n="27"/>sicut et dilectiones, et pena ignis inferni
<lb ed="#Bc" n="28"/>non est infinita in acerbitate. Possunt
<lb ed="#Bc" n="29"/>etiam considerari secundum modum
con<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="30"/>versionis in comparatione ad
aversio<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="31"/>nem : et sic distant sicut affirmatio et
<lb ed="#Bc" n="32"/>negatio, et sicut ens et non ens, quae
<lb ed="#Bc" n="33"/>infinite distant : quia mortalis avertit, et
<lb ed="#Bc" n="34"/>venialis non avertit, sed ad aversionem
<lb ed="#Bc" n="35"/>disponit tantum : et sic respondent eis
<lb ed="#Bc" n="36"/>pene non proportionate.

<lb ed="#Bc" n="38"/>cum mortali existenti in eodem

<lb ed="#Bc" n="47"/>de infidelibus parentibus. Simus ergo in

<lb ed="#Bc" n="49"/>in illo instanti non potest adolescens
<lb ed="#Bc" n="50"/>esse et conferre : quia prius est esse
<lb ed="#Bc" n="51"/>adolescentem, quam conferre
adolescen<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="52"/>tem : ergo potest esse adolescens
ante<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="53"/>quam conferre teneatur. Peccet ergo
ve<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="54"/>nialiter, et discedat, tune -non discedit
<lb ed="#Bc" n="55"/>nisi in veniali et originali : et ita videtur
<lb ed="#Bc" n="56"/>positio esse possibilis. Ad hoc autem
<lb ed="#Bc" n="57"/>meo judicio dicendaum, quod ista
proba<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="58"/>tio multipliciter peccat : primo, quia
<lb ed="#Bc" n="59"/>esse adolescentem est esse in fieri et non
<lb ed="#Bc" n="60"/>in permanentia, sicut etiam juventus et
<lb ed="#Bc" n="61"/>senectus, Et cum dicitur, Simus in
pri<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="62"/>mo instanti in quo est adolescens,
stul<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="63"/>tum dictum est : quia in talibus quae
<lb ed="#Bc" n="64"/>sunt in successione, non est accipere
in<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="65"/>stans in quo sunt, sed tempus, et in
tem<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="66"/>pore in quo est adolescens, potest et
<lb ed="#Bc" n="67"/>teneiur conferre : et si omittit, peccat
<lb ed="#Bc" n="68"/>mortaliter. Secundo peccat : quia dato
<lb ed="#Bc" n="69"/>quod adolescens posset esse in primo
in<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="70"/>Stanti, {unc in eodem potest etiam
con<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="71"/>ferre vel incipere conferre, quia aliquis
<lb ed="#Bc" n="72"/>primo potest esse adolescens et conferre
<lb ed="#Bc" n="73"/>adolescens, quia esse adolescentem non
<lb ed="#Bc" n="74"/>precedit conferre adolescentem in
tem<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="75"/>pore, sed natura : et isto modo (judicio
<lb ed="#Bc" n="76"/>meo) positio est impossibilis. Dato etiam
<lb ed="#Bc" n="77"/>quod sit positum gratia disputationis,
<lb ed="#Bc" n="78"/>tune dico quod punitur poena sensibili
<lb ed="#Bc" n="79"/>in aeternum : et hoc per accidens, et non
<lb ed="#Bc" n="80"/>per se.

<lb ed="#Bc" n="85"/>inferno : et tamen non sentit, nisi

<lb ed="#Bc" n="87"/>non est localiter, sed quoad pcnam
