<lb ed="#Bc" n="55"/>peccati. Exemplum primi est fornicatio,
<lb ed="#Bc" n="56"/>que non nominat nisi actum illicitum
<lb ed="#Bc" n="57"/>vel coitum soluti cum soluta. Quoddam
<lb ed="#Bc" n="58"/>autem peccatum nominat simul causam
<lb ed="#Bc" n="59"/>moventem ex parte peccantis, ut
pecca<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="60"/>tum in Patrem, et peccatum in Filium,
<lb ed="#Bc" n="61"/>et peccatum in Spiritum sanctum : illud
<lb ed="#Bc" n="62"/>enim dicit peccatum, et causam
moven<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="63"/>tem, quae est infirmitas, vel ignorantia,
<lb ed="#Bc" n="64"/>vel malitia. Est autem tertius modus.

<lb ed="#Bc" n="71"/>catum in Spiritum sanctum dicitur

<lb ed="#Bc" n="73"/>peccatum, et a causa movente ad
pecca<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="74"/>tum. Ab objecto, quando scilicet est
<lb ed="#Bc" n="75"/>contra personam Spiritus sancti, sicut
<lb ed="#Bc" n="76"/>etiam multi peccant contra personam
Fi<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="77"/>lii, et pauciores contra personam Patris.
<lb ed="#Bc" n="78"/>Sed non ita accipitur hic peccatum in
<lb ed="#Bc" n="79"/>Spiritum sanctum : sed potius in causa
<lb ed="#Bc" n="80"/>movente ad peccatum, habet
contrarieta<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="81"/>tem ad bonitatem Spiritus, sicut
pecca<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="82"/>tum ex malitia contrariatur bonitati
Spi<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="83"/>ritus sancti, in qua remittuntur peccata
<lb ed="#Bc" n="84"/>in Ecclesia. Et per hoc patet, quod non
<lb ed="#Bc" n="85"/>omne peccatum est in Spiritum sanctum,
<lb ed="#Bc" n="86"/>quia non habet talem causam
moven<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="87"/>tem : sed omne peccatum privat gratia
<lb ed="#Bc" n="88"/>per contrarietatem quam habet ad
gra<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="89"/>tiam :. tamen causa movens ad
pecca<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="90"/>tum, bonitati Spiritus sancti in qua

<lb ed="#Bc" n="4"/>modo dictum : et sic non tractatur hic de
<lb ed="#Bc" n="5"/>peccato in Spiritum sanctum: hoc enim
<lb ed="#Bc" n="6"/>modo dicitur peccatum in Spiritum
san<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="7"/>clum, sicut peccatum in hominem, vel
<lb ed="#Bc" n="8"/>in se, velin Deum.

<lb ed="#Bc" n="10"/>esse peccatum ex infirmitate, et aliud
<lb ed="#Bc" n="11"/>cum infirmitate corruptionis unde trahit
<lb ed="#Bc" n="12"/>originem., Cum enim dicitur esse ex
in<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="13"/>firmitate : tune intelligitur infirmitas
<lb ed="#Bc" n="14"/>esse causa movens: sicut quando quis
<lb ed="#Bc" n="15"/>blasphemat metu poenarum, vel peccat
<lb ed="#Bc" n="16"/>metu paupertatis : et hoc vocatur
pro<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="17"/>prie peccatum in Patrem. Sed non
om<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="18"/>ne peccatum procedit ex tali motivo, sed
<lb ed="#Bc" n="19"/>quandoque non movet nisi malitia et
in<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="20"/>dustria peccati, Dicitur etiam peccatum
<lb ed="#Bc" n="21"/>cum infirmitate corruptionis ex qua

pri<lb break="no" ed="#Bc" n="34"/>vatio scientie, non cujuscumque, sed
<lb ed="#Bc" n="35"/>illius quae dicitur scientia approbationis,
<lb ed="#Bc" n="36"/>quando scilicet in operibus bonum non
<lb ed="#Bc" n="37"/>approbatur : et illa scientia privatur in
<lb ed="#Bc" n="38"/>actu omnis malus. Sed illa ignorantia
<lb ed="#Bc" n="39"/>non facit peccatum in Filium, sed potius
<lb ed="#Bc" n="40"/>illa quae absolutam vel secundum quid
<lb ed="#Bc" n="41"/>dicit privationem scientiae regentis in
<lb ed="#Bc" n="42"/>operibus, propter quam excusabilis fit
