qua<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="40"/>druplicis membri: quorum primum est,
<lb ed="Bd" n="41"/>Utrum idem sit assumere quod unire in
<lb ed="Bd" n="42"/>incarnatione Filii Dei?
<lb ed="Bd" n="43"/>Secundum, Utrum divina natura,
abs<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="44"/>tracta personalitate, sit assumens vel
<lb ed="Bd" n="45"/>uniens sibi, vel possit esse.
<lb ed="Bd" n="46"/>Tertio, Utrum divina persona possit
<lb ed="Bd" n="47"/>aliquid assumere sibi vel unire ?
<lb ed="Bd" n="48"/>Quarto, Utrum assumptio per prius

<lb ed="Bd" n="51"/>Multipliciter assumitur aliquid: ad
<lb ed="Bd" n="52"/>adjutorium, sicut uxor in gencratione
<lb ed="Bd" n="53"/>filii: ad naturam, sicut semen assumit
si<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="54"/>bi attrahendo unde capiat augmentum,
<lb ed="Bd" n="55"/>et unit sibi illud: et etiam assumptio in
<lb ed="Bd" n="56"/>amicitiam et societatem. Et in omnibus
<lb ed="Bd" n="57"/>illis modis semper est diversitas
assump<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="58"/>ti et assumentis. Ergo videtur, quod cum
<lb ed="Bd" n="59"/>uniens sit unitum, quod haec sit
differen<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="60"/>tia quam fere omnes faciunt, quod
uni<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="61"/>tum est uniens, sed assumptum non est
<lb ed="Bd" n="62"/>assumens: et haec differentia inter
assu<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="63"/>mere et unire altribuitur Boctio, licet in
<lb ed="Bd" n="64"/>libris suis non imveniatur, quod ego
<lb ed="Bd" n="65"/>sciam.

<lb ed="Bd" n="67"/>quod uniens est unitum. Contra:

<lb ed="Bd" n="69"/>quia aliter non esset unitum : ergo
uni<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="70"/>tum post unionem est unum ei cui
uni<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="71"/>tum est: sed unitum est unibili: ergo

<lb ed="Bd" n="4"/>est in incarnatione. Si secundo modo,
<lb ed="Bd" n="5"/>tunc videtur natura esse assumpta ad
<lb ed="Bd" n="6"/>aliud quam ad unionem, quod iterum
<lb ed="Bd" n="7"/>falsum est.

sci<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="9"/>licet assumere et unire se consequuntur
<lb ed="Bd" n="10"/>secundum naturam : prius enim aliquid
<lb ed="Bd" n="11"/>assumitur quam unitur : et hoc patet:
<lb ed="Bd" n="12"/>quia nihil unitur, nisi prius assumptum
<lb ed="Bd" n="13"/>quod propter hoc uniatur. Conrra : In
<lb ed="Bd" n="14"/>incarnatione omnia simul facta sunt,
sci<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="15"/>licet separatio, conversio, unio in
perso<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="16"/>na:ergo non est ponere unum prius
<lb ed="Bd" n="17"/>alio, et ita nihil est quod dictum est.

<lb ed="Bd" n="19"/>et ratione in incarnatione assumere et

<lb ed="Bd" n="22"/>quorum primum est secundum nomen:
<lb ed="Bd" n="23"/>quia assumptio non est nisi diversi in

<lb ed="Bd" n="25"/>non enim dicitur, Assumo me cappatum :
<lb ed="Bd" n="26"/>sed, Assumo cappam, vel veslimentum,
<lb ed="Bd" n="27"/>vel assumo socium, vel amicum. Unio
<lb ed="Bd" n="28"/>autem secundum suum nomen dicit
<lb ed="Bd" n="29"/>unum vel subjecto vel identitate, sicut

<lb ed="Bd" n="51"/>est assumere, quam unire assumptum.
<lb ed="Bd" n="52"/>Sic ergo concedimus differentiam quae
<lb ed="Bd" n="53"/>communiter assignatur, quod assumitur
<lb ed="Bd" n="54"/>diversum, et unitur id quod est idem in
<lb ed="Bd" n="55"/>persona.

<lb ed="Bd" n="57"/>quod non sumitur hic natura nisi ad

intelli<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="60"/>gatur uniriin se et per se, falsum est, eo

<lb ed="Bd" n="62"/>distincta: quia natura humana non est
<lb ed="Bd" n="63"/>natura divina, nec persona divina, nec
<lb ed="Bd" n="64"/>est homo. Si autem large intelligatur ad
<lb ed="Bd" n="65"/>unionem, id est, ad unionem tamquam
<lb ed="Bd" n="66"/>ad finem, et in alio unitur licet non in se,
<lb ed="Bd" n="67"/>tunc verum est quod assumptio nature
<lb ed="Bd" n="68"/>est ad unionem hypostasis cujus est

<lb ed="Bd" n="71"/>consequentia secundum tempus inter
as<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="72"/>sumere et unire, consequuntur se tamen
<lb ed="Bd" n="73"/>necessario ordine rei assumpte et unite :
<lb ed="Bd" n="74"/>et illa consequentia sufficit ad
demon<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="75"/>strandum differentiam assumptionis, et
<lb ed="Bd" n="76"/>unionis. Assumptio enim dicit
attractio<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="77"/>nem ab alio ad se: unde assumptio
se<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="78"/>cundum perfectam sui rationem vel
ter<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="79"/>minum a quo, salvatur in actu illo quo
<lb ed="Bd" n="80"/>Spiritus sanctus separavit a reliquo
