<lb ed="Bd" n="20"/>Secunva probatur ex hoc, quod Spiritus
<lb ed="Bd" n="21"/>sanctus separando naturam et faciendo
<lb ed="Bd" n="22"/>formavit et animavit et univit eam Filio,
<lb ed="Bd" n="23"/>ut prius habitum est: ergo numquam
<lb ed="Bd" n="24"/>fuit natura ante assumptionem.

<lb ed="Bd" n="26"/>sibi : natura autem nec unita fuit Filio,
<lb ed="Bd" n="27"/>nec nature divine : ergo non fuit
as<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="28"/>sumpta. Prima patet ex scriptis in
Lit<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="29"/>tera : quia assumptione Christus factus
<lb ed="Bd" n="30"/>est unus : et ideo sepe assumptio in
<lb ed="Bd" n="31"/>translatione ponitur loco unionis.

<lb ed="Bd" n="33"/>omne unitum est unum ei cui unitum
<lb ed="Bd" n="34"/>est : humana autem natura nec est filius
<lb ed="Bd" n="35"/>hominis, nec Filius Dei nec divina
na<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="36"/>tura : ergo nulla unio est in ipsa. Cum
<lb ed="Bd" n="37"/>igitur assumptio sit propter unionem,

sepa<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="40"/>rationis semper manent, uno tempore

assumi<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="56"/>tur : humana natura numquam acquirit
<lb ed="Bd" n="57"/>aliquam proprietatem nature divine nec
<lb ed="Bd" n="58"/>persone divine: ergo neutri umquam
<lb ed="Bd" n="59"/>unitur, et a neutro umquam assumitur.
<lb ed="Bd" n="60"/>Prospatio mediew : PRIMA enim constat.
<lb ed="Bd" n="61"/>Proprietates enim nature divine et

hu<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="5"/>manam naturam in potentia naturali
<lb ed="Bd" n="6"/>ecneedimus fuisse etiam antequam a
<lb ed="Bd" n="7"/>Christo assumeretur : sed Christi natura
<lb ed="Bd" n="8"/>non fuit antequam erat assumpta a
Ver<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="9"/>be. Nec valet hoc argumentum, Non
<lb ed="Bd" n="10"/>fuit antequam assumeretur : ergo non
<lb ed="Bd" n="11"/>potuit assumi : quia licet assumendo
fe<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="12"/>cerit, tamen assumptio non privat
natu<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="13"/>ram factam ; sicut si ego vestem ad me
<lb ed="Bd" n="14"/>trahendo facerem, nihilominus factam
<lb ed="Bd" n="15"/>attraherem : per hoc enim quod
utrum<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="16"/>gue est cum alio, scilicet facere et
assu<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="17"/>mere, unum non destruitur ab alio.

<lb ed="Bd" n="21"/>falsa, quod humana natura cum Deo vel
<lb ed="Bd" n="22"/>Wilic Dei semper sit ejusdem
separatio<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="23"/>nis : quia licet numquam fuerit unum in
<lb ed="Bd" n="24"/>se cum ipsa Byposiasi vel natura, tamen
<lb ed="Bd" n="25"/>sosiquam assumota est,’consecrata et
<lb ed="Bd" n="26"/>conjuncta fait nove modo Filio Dei, et
<lb ed="Bd" n="27"/>natures divine in persona una: et hec
<lb ed="Bd" n="28"/>est conjunctio quae potest esse in

<lb ed="Bd" n="31"/>quod divina natura non communicat
<lb ed="Bd" n="32"/>proprietates suas humane natures inse :
<lb ed="Bd" n="33"/>sed hoc non sufficit ad hoc quod non sit
<lb ed="Bd" n="34"/>ibi assumptio : sufficit enim assumptioni,
<lb ed="Bd" n="35"/>ut hypostasis humane nature participet
<lb ed="Bd" n="36"/>proprietates Filii Dei et nature divine,
<lb ed="Bd" n="37"/>ete converso hypostasis divina accipiat
<lb ed="Bd" n="38"/>proprietates hypostasis humane, sicut
<lb ed="Bd" n="39"/>ante dictum est.
