<lb ed="Bd" n="80"/>dicitur hic vubsequium, non subjectio,
<lb ed="Bd" n="81"/>sicut est servitus sumpta a conditione
<lb ed="Bd" n="82"/>servi: sicut etiam patuit in auctoritate
<lb ed="Bd" n="83"/>Augustini, quod jubemur ex charitate
<lb ed="Bd" n="84"/>servire invicem, id est, obsequi.

<lb ed="Bd" n="86"/>multis actibus est materialis, sed unus
<lb ed="Bd" n="87"/>est formalis, scilicet exhibitio cultus in
<lb ed="Bd" n="88"/>testimonium honoris debiti Creatori
<lb ed="Bd" n="89"/>quia ipse Deus est, vel Creator. Illa enim

<lb ed="Bd" n="4"/>suo nomine dicit distinctionem ad
crea<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="5"/>turam, quod non facit Deus, vel
Domi<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="6"/>nus : quia creature aliquo modo
dicun<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="7"/>tur dii vel domini. Et quia iste cultus
<lb ed="Bd" n="8"/>datur Deo secundum quod distinguitur
<lb ed="Bd" n="9"/>ab omni creato: ideo objectum latriae
<lb ed="Bd" n="10"/>magis exprimitur proprie per
Creato<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="11"/>rem, quam per aliud nomen. Et bene
<lb ed="Bd" n="12"/>concedo, quod non debetur Creatori
hu<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="13"/>jus nominis ratione: sed potius ei qui
<lb ed="Bd" n="14"/>est Creator in hoc quod Creator est
dis<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="15"/>tinctus in honore et reverentia ab omni

di<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="18"/>ligere, sperare, dicunt actus qui
mate<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="19"/>riales possunt esse in actu istius virtutis,
<lb ed="Bd" n="20"/>scilicet si credat vel diligat intentione
<lb ed="Bd" n="21"/>profitendi se in hoc colere Deum in
te<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="22"/>stimonium honoris sibi debiti : sed tamen
<lb ed="Bd" n="23"/>eredere, diligere, sperare nominant
ac<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="24"/>tus fidei et charitatis et spei : et sic de
<lb ed="Bd" n="25"/>aliis. Unde credere de ratione sua non
<lb ed="Bd" n="26"/>respicit obsequium cultus, sed potius
<lb ed="Bd" n="27"/>consensum prime veritatis. Similiter
<lb ed="Bd" n="28"/>charitas prime bonitatis respicit
ratio<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="29"/>nem, et sic de alits. Et tune distant ab
<lb ed="Bd" n="30"/>actu latria : non est enim inconveniens,
<lb ed="Bd" n="31"/>quod unus actus non proprius, sed
com<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="32"/>munis, diversis informatus differentiis,
<lb ed="Bd" n="33"/>sit diversarum virtutum.
