<lb ed="Bd" n="5"/>Angelo in primo statu, nec etiam

<lb ed="Bd" n="8"/>adoptatur, qui jam est in domo: sed

<lb ed="Bd" n="14"/>innocentiae videtur, quod non indiguerit

<lb ed="Bd" n="16"/>ipsum elongaverat ab hereditate,
non<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="17"/>dum fecit. Sep contra: Ex nostro non
<lb ed="Bd" n="18"/>possumus habere jus in hereditatem
<lb ed="Bd" n="19"/>Dei, sed oportet quod ex suo munere
<lb ed="Bd" n="20"/>gratis acquiramus: sed hoc est
ado<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="21"/>ptare, jus ex gratia nobis collata in Dei
<lb ed="Bd" n="22"/>hereditatem acquirere : ergo adoptio
<lb ed="Bd" n="23"/>compctit et Angelo ante conlirmationem,
<lb ed="Bd" n="24"/>et similiter homini in statu innocentiae.

ado<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="26"/>ptionis quiddam habet per se, quiddam
<lb ed="Bd" n="27"/>per accidens. Perse habet tria, scilicet
<lb ed="Bd" n="28"/>statum non filii per naturam quem
inve<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="29"/>nit in adoptato : habitum gratiae gratum
<lb ed="Bd" n="30"/>facientis, qui habitus substantia est istius
<lb ed="Bd" n="31"/>gratiae per quam fit adoptio: et tertium
<lb ed="Bd" n="32"/>quod est effectus ejus, et hoc est
colla<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="33"/>tio sive acquisitio juris in hereditatem
<lb ed="Bd" n="34"/>Patris adoptantis: et penes haec tria sibi
<lb ed="Bd" n="35"/>substantialia salvatur adoptio, tam in
<lb ed="Bd" n="36"/>Angelo, quam in homine primo ante
<lb ed="Bd" n="37"/>slatum peccati: quartum habet per
ac<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="38"/>cidens, scilicet stati peccati, in quo
na<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="39"/>scuntur, qui post peccatum adoptantur.

<lb ed="Bd" n="41"/>est simile de Deo et homine adoptante:
<lb ed="Bd" n="42"/>nos enim obsequiis possumus prevenire

<lb ed="Bd" n="44"/>gratiam hominis adoptantis nos: quia
<lb ed="Bd" n="45"/>non de suo obsequimur ei, sed de
