<lb ed="Bd" n="9"/>liberum arbitrium quod mereri potuit.

<lb ed="Bd" n="11"/>potest dici lberum arbitrium
confirma<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="12"/>tum. Uno modo in fine secundum genus,
<lb ed="Bd" n="13"/>hoc est, in bono, non tamen hoc vel
<lb ed="Bd" n="14"/>illo bono : et haec confirmatio non tollit
<lb ed="Bd" n="15"/>nisi defectum illum in quo flexibile est
<lb ed="Bd" n="16"/>in malum : potest tamen adhuc in
quod<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="17"/>libet bonum. Alia est confirmatio liberi
<lb ed="Bd" n="18"/>arbitrii in eo quod est simpliciter

<lb ed="Bd" n="32"/>viator fuit: et hoc accidit in Christo
<lb ed="Bd" n="33"/>propter duplicem conjunctionem sue

deita<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="35"/>tem : conjunctio enim ad sensus
anima<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="36"/>lis carnis quae precedit id quod

con<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="58"/>sistit in hoc quod possit velle hoc, et

<lb ed="Bd" n="60"/>ab hoc. In hoc enim cognoscitur
libe<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="61"/>rum, quod non agit per necessitatem
<lb ed="Bd" n="62"/>nature, et hoc modo flexibile habuit
<lb ed="Bd" n="63"/>Christus liberum arbitrium, et hoc
suffi<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="64"/>cit merito cum statu viatoris: et ideo
<lb ed="Bd" n="65"/>non procedit objectio prima.

de<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="67"/>terminata ad unum numero per
necessi<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="68"/>tatem nature, non habet laudem : jam
<lb ed="Bd" n="69"/>autem ostensum est, quod hoc non
con<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="70"/>venit alicui libero arbitrio nec
confirma<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="71"/>to, neque non confirmato.

<lb ed="Bd" n="73"/>falsa : aliter enim se habuit tune, quia

<lb ed="Bd" n="76"/>que facit meritum secundum statum

<lb ed="Bd" n="82"/>facere quod vult, sed non convertitur :
