<lb ed="Bd" n="20"/>quatuor sunt, quorum tria ita sunt
con<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="21"/>juncta, quod unum non solvitur sine
<lb ed="Bd" n="22"/>alio : quartum autem solubile est ab aliis
<lb ed="Bd" n="23"/>tiibus. Primum est culpa quae
contraria<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="24"/>tur gratia. Secundum est macula foedans
<lb ed="Bd" n="25"/>imaginem, Tertium est reatus pans
<lb ed="Bd" n="26"/>weterne : et ista tria sunt conjuncta.
<lb ed="Bd" n="27"/>Quartum est reatus pene temporalis.
<lb ed="Bd" n="28"/>Bene igitur concedo, quod passio Christi
<lb ed="Bd" n="29"/>sufficienter delet culpam : sed tamen
ac<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="30"/>tio passionis in culpam incipit ex parte
<lb ed="Bd" n="31"/>reatus pcene weternie, sicut probat
obje<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="32"/>clio. Sed quia non est solubilis reatus,
<lb ed="Bd" n="33"/>nisi solvatur macula et culpa, ideo
poste<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="34"/>rius vis passionis agit in culpam et
ma<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="35"/>culam : sed hoc habet passio in
quan<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="36"/>tum in ipsa affluit nobis yratia ab ipso
<lb ed="Bd" n="37"/>patiente : quia directe est operari contra
<lb ed="Bd" n="38"/>culpam, et per consequens contra
macu<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="39"/>lam et contra reatum. Et per hoc patet

<lb ed="Bd" n="42"/>Christi delet sufficienter per seipsam :

argumen<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="47"/>tum illud Anselmus facit, et solvit,

<lb ed="Bd" n="49"/>eum esse purum hominem excusabat a
<lb ed="Bd" n="50"/>tanto : et ideo minorabatur peccatum : et

<lb ed="Bd" n="55"/>causis : quarum una est, quia malum
<lb ed="Bd" n="56"/>non pensatur ex circumstantiis negotii
<lb ed="Bd" n="57"/>tantum, sed ex circumstantia facientis :
<lb ed="Bd" n="58"/>et similiter bonum : sed semper in
infi<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="59"/>nitum excedit illud in bono.

<lb ed="Bd" n="63"/>est : quia ex parte patientis erat bonum,
<lb ed="Bd" n="64"/>et non malum :‘sed ex parte facientium
<lb ed="Bd" n="65"/>malum tantum : et ideo actus peccati
<lb ed="Bd" n="66"/>eorum attenditur, prout est in faciente,
<lb ed="Bd" n="67"/>et non in patiente : et sic stat ratio
