<lb ed="Bd" n="10"/>ponere est deponere ab eo cui naturaliter
<lb ed="Bd" n="11"/>est unita anima, et hoc est caro: et non
<lb ed="Bd" n="12"/>est ponere simpliciter ab eo removere
<lb ed="Bd" n="13"/>cui unita est quocumque modo. Et bene
<lb ed="Bd" n="14"/>concedo, quod persona ponit animam :
<lb ed="Bd" n="15"/>sed quia omne quod agit persona, in
na<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="16"/>tura agit, necesse est quod ponat
ani<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="17"/>mam in natura, vel parte nature. Cum
<lb ed="Bd" n="18"/>igitur non sit idem secundum naturam
<lb ed="Bd" n="19"/>depositum, et in quo sit depositio sive
<lb ed="Bd" n="20"/>deponens, patet quod nec anima animam,
<lb ed="Bd" n="21"/>nec Filius Dei animam in anima
depo<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="22"/>nere potuit: ergo Filius Dei posuit in
<lb ed="Bd" n="23"/>corpore animam. Et hoc vult dicere
Au<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="24"/>gustinus, quod corpus animam posuit
<lb ed="Bd" n="25"/>virtute latentis in se divinitatis: quia
<lb ed="Bd" n="26"/>corpori convenit separatio quae est in
<lb ed="Bd" n="27"/>morte, non Filio Dei, vel deitati.

<lb ed="Bd" n="35"/>loquitur respondendo ad_ intentionem
<lb ed="Bd" n="36"/>Judeorum : quia persecutor et tyrannus
<lb ed="Bd" n="37"/>insequitur causam vite: et ideo etiam
<lb ed="Bd" n="38"/>separata causa vite, quiescit a
persecu<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="39"/>tione corporis: et ei quod ipsi
extor<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="40"/>quere cupiebant, Dominus respondit,
<lb ed="Bd" n="41"/>quod a potestale sua persecutione
aliena<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="42"/>nare non potuerunt, scilicet animam :
