<lb ed="Bd" n="2"/>An ea quae non apparent de quibus est
<lb ed="Bd" n="3"/>fides, per fidem possunt probari ?

<lb ed="Bd" n="5"/>H, <quote xml:id="alalal-e84275-Qd1e123"> Si quis de eis dubitat, per fidem

<lb ed="Bd" n="7"/>resurrectio, etc. </quote>

de<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="18"/>bilissimus locus est ab auctoritate.

tra<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="20"/>here firmitatem : quia ratio est prior
au<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="21"/>ctoritate, tempore, et natura. Unde
Joan<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="22"/>nes Episcopus diffinit auctoritatem
di<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="23"/>cens : <quote xml:id="alalal-e84275-Qd1e176"> Nihil aliud est auctoritas nisi
<lb ed="Bd" n="24"/>rationis reperta veritas, et ad posteritatis
<lb ed="Bd" n="25"/>ulilitatem scripto commendata. </quote>

<lb ed="Bd" n="27"/>inducit dicens, quod dicitur argumentum,
<lb ed="Bd" n="28"/>quia probatio est et certitudo quod sint
<lb ed="Bd" n="29"/>aliqua non apparentia. Quia secundum
<lb ed="Bd" n="30"/>hoc ista argumentatio esset necessaria,
<lb ed="Bd" n="31"/>Fides est : ergo aliqua non apparentia
<lb ed="Bd" n="32"/>sunt : quae nullam videntur habere
ha<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="33"/>bitudinem. Utrum autem fidei possit
su<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="34"/>besse falsum, infra queeretur.

<lb ed="Bd" n="36"/>Magistri prima non deservit fidei, nisi in
<lb ed="Bd" n="37"/>quantum est ex auditu, ut supra
dixi<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="38"/>mus : sic enim habet persuasionem
in<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="39"/>sufficientem, et precipue ex auctoritate
<lb ed="Bd" n="40"/>Patrum : sed hoc non est causa conscn-

<lb ed="Bd" n="41"/>sus, sed facilioris assensus ad auditum.
<lb ed="Bd" n="42"/>Si enim fides hoc modo diceretur
argu<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="43"/>mentum, potius esset conclusio, quam
<lb ed="Bd" n="44"/>argumentum.

<lb ed="Bd" n="45"/>Et per hoc patet solutio ad totum quod
<lb ed="Bd" n="46"/>objicitur de hoc.

<lb ed="Bd" n="47"/>Ad aliud dicendum, quod argumentum
<lb ed="Bd" n="48"/>est necessarium necessitate
consequen<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="49"/>tia : sicut si dicatur, divina veritas est de
<lb ed="Bd" n="50"/>hoc : ergo hoc erit, vel est: et est ibi
<lb ed="Bd" n="51"/>habitudo cause ex suppositione alterius :
<lb ed="Bd" n="52"/>fide enim supposita, necesse est aliquod
<lb ed="Bd" n="53"/>non apparens esse, cujus sit fides ut
<lb ed="Bd" n="54"/>caus@ : quia non apparentia sunt causa
<lb ed="Bd" n="55"/>fidei exemplaris, et finalis : et ideo
pro<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="56"/>cessus est ab effectu supposito ad
cau<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="57"/>sam.
