<lb ed="Bd" n="2"/>assumpsit hominem. Antiquorum enim
<lb ed="Bd" n="3"/>regula et bona est, quod assumens non
<lb ed="Bd" n="4"/>est assumptum : sed uniens est unitum :
<lb ed="Bd" n="5"/>quod sie patet ex modo loquendi. Non
<lb ed="Bd" n="6"/>enim dicimus: Ego assumo mihi
indu<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="7"/>tum, vel vestitum : sed bene dicitur,
As<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="8"/>sumo indumentum, vel vestimentum :
<lb ed="Bd" n="9"/>sed bene dicitur, Ego unio mihi
vesti<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="10"/>tum, vel sum unum cum vestito. Et non

<lb ed="Bd" n="13"/>dicit motum violentum qui est tractus ad
<lb ed="Bd" n="14"/>trahentem : et ideo secundum rationem
<lb ed="Bd" n="15"/>intelligendi assumptio est ante unionem :
<lb ed="Bd" n="16"/>prius enim erat ad se trahere naturam,
<lb ed="Bd" n="17"/>et postea secundum rationem intelligendi

<lb ed="Bd" n="21"/>Si enim assumpsisset hominem: ergo
<lb ed="Bd" n="22"/>assumpsisset aliquem hominem : et sic
<lb ed="Bd" n="23"/>aliquis homo fuisset quem assumpsisset,
<lb ed="Bd" n="24"/>quod est falsum. Unde cui illa unio
ni<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="25"/>hil destruat in re assumpta, si
assum<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="26"/>psisset hominem aliquem, et fuisset ille
<lb ed="Bd" n="27"/>individua persona, non fuisset destructa

<lb ed="Bd" n="38"/>quia aliter nihil diceret. Constat enim,
<lb ed="Bd" n="39"/>quod Christus in triduo homo non fuit,
<lb ed="Bd" n="40"/>sed humanam naturam unitam sibi
ha<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="41"/>buit : et ideo in triduo hominem
depo<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="42"/>suisset, si homo ibi proprie caperetur.

<lb ed="Bd" n="44"/>anima conjuncta non sunt homo. Non
<lb ed="Bd" n="45"/>enim quecumque conjunctio corporis et
<lb ed="Bd" n="46"/>anime facit hominem perfectum in
per<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="47"/>Sona: sed potius conjunctio quae
com<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="48"/>pleta est secundum naturam : et hoc est
<lb ed="Bd" n="49"/>organis formatis et perfectis et conforta-

<lb ed="Bd" n="50"/>tis potentiis in illis, quae licet in Christo
<lb ed="Bd" n="51"/>post unionem fuerint, et assumptio, et
<lb ed="Bd" n="52"/>unio fuerint simul, tamen (ut dictum
<lb ed="Bd" n="53"/>est) secundum rationem intelligendi
as<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="54"/>sumptio est ante unionem, et est quasi
<lb ed="Bd" n="55"/>fieri ipsius unionis, et unio est quasi
fa<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="56"/>ctum esse ipsius ‘assumptionis. Et ideo
<lb ed="Bd" n="57"/>assumere est respectu nature, et non

ali<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="59"/>quando dixerunt, quod haec aliquo modo
<lb ed="Bd" n="60"/>concedi potst, Assumpsit hominem :

<lb ed="Bd" n="62"/>assumptionei secundum rationem
in<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="63"/>telligendi, quasi in fieri, vel quasi in
ter<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="64"/>mino. Siin fieri vel quasi in fieri, tune
<lb ed="Bd" n="65"/>non assumpsit hominem, sed humanam
<lb ed="Bd" n="66"/>naturam. Si autem quasi in termino,
<lb ed="Bd" n="67"/>tune assumpsit hominem : quia
termi<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="68"/>nus, vel quasi terminus assumptionis
<lb ed="Bd" n="69"/>homo est.

<lb ed="Bd" n="71"/>quidem verissime est homo: sed non est
<lb ed="Bd" n="72"/>homo quem assumpsit in ratione

<lb ed="Bd" n="75"/>quem assumpsit ? Dicendum, quod non
<lb ed="Bd" n="76"/>est divisio per contradictionem opposita:
<lb ed="Bd" n="77"/>est homo quem assumpsit, est homo
<lb ed="Bd" n="78"/>quem non assumpsit, ila quod implicatio
<lb ed="Bd" n="79"/>cadit sub negatione, quia aliter non
con<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="80"/>tradiceret : sed ipse est homo cujus
na<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="81"/>turam assumpsit, quae natura nec est
<lb ed="Bd" n="82"/>Filius Dei, nec hic homo est, quia
nul<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="83"/>lus homo est sua natura.

<lb ed="Bd" n="85"/>gratiam unionis: sed haec unio est ut in
<lb ed="Bd" n="86"/>fieri, et ut in factum esse : et cum est ut
<lb ed="Bd" n="87"/>in fieri, tunc est assumptio proprie: et
<lb ed="Bd" n="88"/>cum est ut in factum esse, tune est ut
<lb ed="Bd" n="89"/>unio: et patet adhuc, quod assumpsit
hu<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="90"/>manam naturam.
