<lb ed="Bd" n="37"/>penultima distinctione secundi libri

veri<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="15"/>tas dicti, et veritas veridici sive veritas

Menda<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="17"/>cium autem secundum se non
contra<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="18"/>riatur veritati habitus in mente, sicut

menda<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="27"/>cium in se non est peccatum in
Spiri<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="28"/>tum sanctum : quia tune omne
pecca<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="29"/>tum esset peccatum in Spiritum
san<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="30"/>ctum : aliquod autem peccatum est in
<lb ed="Bd" n="31"/>Patrem, sicut quod coinmittitur timore,
<lb ed="Bd" n="32"/>vel hbidine, vel compassione alterius
<lb ed="Bd" n="33"/>damni vel pene. Quoddam autem est in
<lb ed="Bd" n="34"/>Filium, sicut quando dicitur, eo quod
<lb ed="Bd" n="35"/>non reputatur esse peccatum : licet enim
<lb ed="Bd" n="36"/>tune scienter dicat falsum, non tamen
<lb ed="Bd" n="37"/>dicit falsum cum conscienlia magne
<lb ed="Bd" n="38"/>quantitatis peccati sicut est : et tunc
<lb ed="Bd" n="39"/>procedit ex ignorantia movente ad
dicen<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="40"/>dum.

<lb ed="Bd" n="42"/>impugnatio veritatis agnite quae est
se<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="43"/>cundum pietatem, est peccatum in
Spi<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="44"/>ritum sanctum : sed non omne
menda<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="45"/>cium impugnat veritatem illam, nec
<lb ed="Bd" n="46"/>omne mendacium impugnat veritatem
<lb ed="Bd" n="47"/>virtutem animi, nec omne mendacium
<lb ed="Bd" n="48"/>impugnat veritatem doni ex malitia,
sic<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="49"/>ut patet ex pradictis.

<lb ed="Bd" n="56"/>scitur, distinguendum est ut supra
<lb ed="Bd" n="57"/>quia veritas actus in dicto perimitur a
<lb ed="Bd" n="58"/>mendacio : et illa scitur scientia specu.
<lb ed="Bd" n="59"/>lativa, et non practica : et contra hance
<lb ed="Bd" n="60"/>facere non est mortale : sed facere con.
<lb ed="Bd" n="61"/>tra conscientiam faciendi, id est, quod
<lb ed="Bd" n="62"/>ex preecepto dictat conscientia esse fa.

<lb ed="Bd" n="64"/>esse peccatum mortale, illud est facere
<lb ed="Bd" n="65"/>contra conscientiam directe et edificare
