<lb ed="Bd" n="57"/>eum testem veritatis invocare : hoc est

<lb ed="Bd" n="67"/>esset importunitas disputantium. Dici
<lb ed="Bd" n="68"/>ergo potest sine priejudicio, Jacob hoc
<lb ed="Bd" n="69"/>dixisse non motu suo, sed motu Spiritus
<lb ed="Bd" n="70"/>sancti per instructionem matris. Licet
<lb ed="Bd" n="71"/>autem intellectus hominis per se non sit
<lb ed="Bd" n="72"/>sufficiens ad hoc quod in una locutione

intel<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="12"/>lexit, persanctam benedictionem confir-

<lb ed="Bd" n="14"/>surripuit benedictionem, referendum est
<lb ed="Bd" n="15"/>ad modum exteriorem, et non ad
interio<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="16"/>rem fraudem. Patet etiam, quod hoc
jura<lb break="no" ed="Bd" n="17"/>re potuit hoc modo, et verum jurasset.
<lb ed="Bd" n="18"/>Unde patet solutio ad totum. Hac autem
<lb ed="Bd" n="19"/>solutio innititur verbis Augustini, qui
<lb ed="Bd" n="20"/>dicit, quod mystice talia dicta sunt et
<lb ed="Bd" n="21"/>facta : iste enim qui dictus est, modus
<lb ed="Bd" n="22"/>est mysterii quod posuit in talibus
