prod<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="18"/>esse, Si aliquis post baptismum peccet :

<lb ed="#Be" n="21"/>de his qui voluntate habituali replicant
<lb ed="#Be" n="22"/>peccata, etsi voluntate actual plangant
<lb ed="#Be" n="23"/>et illi non habent fundamentum
peeni<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="24"/>tentia : et ideo poenitentia eorum nulla
<lb ed="#Be" n="25"/>est. Vel dicatur, sicut Magister dicit
in<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="26"/>fra, quod nihil prosunt, non simpliciter,
<lb ed="#Be" n="27"/>sed ad salutem consequendam.

si<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="29"/>mile de baptismo : quia licet homo fictus

baptis<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="32"/>mus : sed poenitentia non prodest ficte
<lb ed="#Be" n="33"/>accipienti. Secundum aliam
responsio<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="34"/>nem quam Magister infra tenet in
Zit<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="35"/>tera, dicendum quod non est simile de
<lb ed="#Be" n="36"/>baptismo : quia baptismus est
funda<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="37"/>mentum sacramentorum, et adhuc cum
<lb ed="#Be" n="38"/>homo peccat, prodest ad fundamentum
<lb ed="#Be" n="39"/>habendum : sed non sic est de
peeniten<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="40"/>tia: et ideo illa non prodesse dicitur,
