<lb ed="#Be" n="21"/>ab aliis partibus satisfactionis ?

<lb ed="#Be" n="27"/>1. Satisfactio respicit preeecdens

<lb ed="#Be" n="29"/>peccayit: sed homo tenetur ad
eleemo<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="30"/>synam, etiam quando non peccavit: ergo
<lb ed="#Be" n="31"/>eleemosyna non est essentialis pars sa~
<lb ed="#Be" n="32"/>tisfactionis. Prima probatur ex ratione et
<lb ed="#Be" n="33"/>diffinitione satisfactionis, supra positis
<lb ed="#Be" n="34"/>in Litera. Sucunpa vero probatur ex
<lb ed="#Be" n="35"/>Prius habitis: quia eleemosyna fit de
<lb ed="#Be" n="36"/>Superfluo, et est in precepto etiam ei
<lb ed="#Be" n="37"/>quinon peccavit, et satisfacere non

<lb ed="#Be" n="50"/>alicujus, sine quo potest res esse

<lb ed="#Be" n="53"/>satisfactionem esse sine eleemosyna : ergo

<lb ed="#Be" n="63"/>det : ergo non est pars satisfactionis.

<lb ed="#Be" n="72"/>hac questione cum distinctione, scilicet
<lb ed="#Be" n="73"/>quod eleemosyna est de superfluo, et
<lb ed="#Be" n="74"/>hec non est essentialiter pars
satisfactio<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="75"/>uis : sed preexigitur ad ipsam sicut
fun<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="76"/>damentum, et habet actum
satisfactio<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="77"/>nis in alio, quia pauper quem respicit,
<lb ed="#Be" n="78"/>orat pro eo, et satisfacit, et quandoque
<lb ed="#Be" n="79"/>primam gratiam impetrat danti, si
pau<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="80"/>per cui datur, est in charitate. Est etiam
<lb ed="#Be" n="81"/>eleemosyna, qua est de necessario: et
<lb ed="#Be" n="82"/>hec est satisfactionis essentialis pars: et

<lb ed="#Be" n="84"/>vivere non potest, quia hoc nullus debet
<lb ed="#Be" n="85"/>subiipsi subtrahere, sed potius id quod
<lb ed="#Be" n="86"/>estimatione sapientum conceditur ei

<lb ed="#Be" n="7"/>tangit Glossa illa: quia oratio humiliat
<lb ed="#Be" n="8"/>spiritum, et jejunium attenuat corpus :
<lb ed="#Be" n="9"/>unde illa duo sanant pestes ex parte
pec<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="10"/>cantis. Sed oportet insuper habere
sana<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="11"/>tiva ex parte occasionum peccandi : et
<lb ed="#Be" n="12"/>hee sunt principalia bona infirmitati

<lb ed="#Be" n="14"/>eleemosyna pestes mentis et corporis :

eleemo<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="17"/>syna sunt duo, sicut infra patebit. Unum
<lb ed="#Be" n="18"/>est voluntas communicandi se et sua
<lb ed="#Be" n="19"/>pauperibus indigentibus Ecclesia : et ex
<lb ed="#Be" n="20"/>parte illa omnino habet vim meriti,
<lb ed="#Be" n="21"/>quando illa voluntas est per gratiam
gra<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="22"/>tum facientem. Et aliud est datum
ip<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="23"/>sum : et hoc quandoque non habetur. Et
