<lb ed="#Be" n="74"/>sunt eleemosyne spirituales septem,
<lb ed="#Be" n="75"/>sicut dicitur communiter, contra
defe<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="76"/>ctum spiritus ordinate. Aut enim ille
<lb ed="#Be" n="77"/>defectus est culpe, aut poene. Si culpe :
<lb ed="#Be" n="78"/>aut in se solo, aut in te peccatur per
<lb ed="#Be" n="79"/>illationem injurie. Si in te -peccatur,
<lb ed="#Be" n="80"/>contra hoc ordinatur sustinere patienter
<lb ed="#Be" n="81"/>et remittere: quia duo sunt in injuria

<lb ed="#Be" n="18"/>hominis instituti, sed damnati: et ideo

gene<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="21"/>raliter ignorantia sit quidam defectus,
<lb ed="#Be" n="22"/>est tamen ignorantia quedam, sicut
eo<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="23"/>rum sine quibus non est salus,
periculo<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="24"/>sa: et in talibus puto, quod instructus
te<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="25"/>netur docere alios non doctos: et
pro<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="26"/>pter hoc ponuntur plebi sacerdotes, qui
<lb ed="#Be" n="27"/>in talibus instruant : et ideo sapiens

ordina<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="40"/>tur ad sublevationem miserie quae est
