<lb ed="#Be" n="23"/>sunt ille eleemosyne. Propario mediz.
<lb ed="#Be" n="24"/>Indigentia anime per inquisitionem
amo<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="25"/>veri potest, et multis allis modis, et non
<lb ed="#Be" n="26"/>redit remota semel, vel non naturaliter
<lb ed="#Be" n="27"/>redit ; sed corporis indigentia continue

corporali<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="34"/>bus, quam in spiritualibus : ergo

<lb ed="#Be" n="44"/>sentiuntur, quam spirituales : ergo magis

<lb ed="#Be" n="47"/>juxta desiderium pauperis, quia magis

<lb ed="#Be" n="52"/>indigentiae, sed spiritualis plus hahet
uti<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="53"/>litatis et honestatis : simpliciter tamen
<lb ed="#Be" n="54"/>eleemosyna in spiritualibus melior est,
<lb ed="#Be" n="55"/>quam in corporalibus, sicut dicitur in

<lb ed="#Be" n="58"/>secundum quid, scilicet quod sit nobilior

sen<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="61"/>tiuntur defectus corporales, quam

<lb ed="#Be" n="65"/>eleemosynam magis meritoriam quod
<lb ed="#Be" n="66"/>est majoris indigentiw, sed potius quod
<lb ed="#Be" n="67"/>ex majori affectu datur. Vel dicendum,
<lb ed="#Be" n="68"/>quod non concluditur nisi secundum quid
<lb ed="#Be" n="69"/>esse melior : si enim bene deberet fleri
<lb ed="#Be" n="70"/>comparatio, deberet supponi in omnibus
<lb ed="#Be" n="71"/>paritas, preterquam in hoc quod una
<lb ed="#Be" n="72"/>est spiritualis, et alia corporalis : et tanc
<lb ed="#Be" n="73"/>plane patet, quod spiritualis esset

<lb ed="#Be" n="89"/>necessarium, secundum illud tempus in
